Students will gain hands-on experience interactively installing the Unified Messaging role on a server and configuring the Unified Messaging environment to receive incoming calls and apply dialing instructions.

This module explains how to deploy Unified Messaging clients and describes common Unified Messaging administrative tasks. Students will gain hands-on experience using Unified Messaging with Outlook 2007, including Web Access, Voice Access, voice mail, and Auto Attendant features. Students will also practice administering and monitoring Unified Messaging.
