• Unified Messaging Enterprise Deployment Scenarios
• Deploying Unified Messaging Servers (with labs)
• Deploying Unified Messaging Clients (with labs)
• Assessment

Prerequites

Before attending this course, students must have:

• Experience with Windows Server 2003
• Experience with Microsoft Office 2003
• Experience with Exchange Server 2003

At Course Completion

After completing this course, students will be able to:

• Explain Unified Messaging features, architecture, support and partnerships.
• Plan a Unified Messaging strategy utilizing Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) gateways, call flows, and consolidation planning.
• Set up and configure Unified Messaging on an Exchange Server 2007 messaging system.
• Use Unified Messaging with Microsoft Outlook 2007, including Web Access, Voice Access, voice mail, and Auto Attendant.
• Administer and monitor Unified Messaging.
