About This Course

At the end of this 90-minute clinic, the students will have a basic understanding of the features and technologies new to the 2007 Microsoft Office system. Students will experience many of the integration points of the 2007 Microsoft Office system and understand how work is made easier through the seamless interaction of the products they know and use.

Audience Profile

The primary audience for this clinic is the early adopter information worker and business decision maker anticipating deployment of the 2007 Microsoft Office system.

To get the most out of this clinic, participants should meet the following prerequisites:

• General awareness of Microsoft Office system products and technologies.

At Course Completion

After completing this clinic, students will understand how to:

• Use the redesigned user interface of Microsoft 2007 Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create more professional documents.
• Transform email and notes-based information into action with 2007 Office Outlook and OneNote.
• Share information with others in a convenient and confidential way with 2007 Office SharePoint Server, 2007 Office Groove, and Information Rights Management.
• Streamline processes and document workflow with 2007 Office InfoPath and 2007 Office SharePoint Server.
