This half-day, instructor-led clinic provides students with the knowledge and skills to successfully implement Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) in medium- and large-scale environments. It provides information about the new security features included in SP2 and discusses how those changes may impact end users. The clinic also shows how SP2 can be deployed in an enterprise environment, how to prepare for deployment and how to manage SP2 after installation.

This clinic is intended for systems administrators and systems engineers that are implementing Windows 2000 or Windows Server 2003 network environments with Windows XP as the desktop operating system.
